EU Right of Withdrawal Policy
Applies only to customers located in the European Union
Your right to withdraw
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
How to exercise your right
To withdraw from your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by:

Submitting a request through our Returns Portal.

Contacting our customer care team via the Contact Form.
On submission of your request, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your request will be reviewed by our team within 2 business days.
What happens after you submit a withdrawal request
If your order has not yet been dispatched: Your order will be placed on hold and cancelled and refunded.
If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit: Please allow delivery and then follow our returns process to send the items back to us. Your refund will be processed once the items have been received by us.
Returning your items
You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned with all tags attached and in original packaging
Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we failed to inform you of the return cost prior to purchase. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit at the time of your withdrawal request, the refund will be processed once the items have been returned to us. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until goods are returned or until evidence of return shipment is provided.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items that are personalised or made to order

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons where the hygiene seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. underwear, swimwear)
Defective items
