1. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?'Pre-order' is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe and is available for pre-purchase. The estimated date of dispatch will be displayed under the description of a pre-order product. We will send you a follow up email after you place your order to remind you that your item is on pre-order and will not be dispatched straight away. On the rare occasion we experience a delay in the delivery of a pre-order style, we will contact you via SMS or email if you are located overseas.2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?If you are located within Australia, you should receive your order within 1-2 business days (orders to WA and remote areas usually take 3-5 business days). Most international orders are shipped via DHL Express and will arrive within 2-5 days. Please see our shipping page for more information on these shipping times.3. ARE TIGER MIST SIZES STANDARD? WHAT IF MY BODY TYPE IS IN BETWEEN SIZES?Tiger Mist sizing is standard and more often than not true to size, however some products may vary depending on the label. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest selecting a size up, depending on the style of the garment. Sizing charts are located in the product descriptions and via the footer of the website. Our Customer Care team can always assist you with any sizing and fit queries you might have so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via phone, email or live chat!4. HOW DO I FIND OUT THE MATERIALS OF A GARMENT?The materials of each garment are located in the description of each product.5. CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?Unfortunately not. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to amend or cancel your order. This includes orders for pre-order styles as these items are produced by order.6. CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?You are more than welcome to return any full priced item if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Your return has to be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery if you are located in Australia. If you are an International customer, you must request a return within 14 days of delivery and your return must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.Sale items and items purchased during promotional periods are unable to be returned. Exceptions will be granted if Tiger Mist is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors.8. Using Afterpay you can pay for your order over four fortnightly payments. You will be charged absolutely no interest. Your payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments each fortnight, and you will receive your order immediately.
The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and they will approve payments at time of order. For first time Afterpay customers the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over 6 weeks. Existing Afterpay customers first payment will be made in 14 days, with payments over 8 weeks. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at time of purchase.
If you wish to return an item you are able to do so within 14 days of receiving you order. Upon receipt of your return, your Afterpay payment plan will be cancelled. Please note, refunds are only available for full priced products. Items purchased on sale or during a promotional period are unable to be returned.
Once we receive your return and the refund is processed, it will automatically go to Afterpay and your Afterpay payment plan will be adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backwards.
If you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if still overdue an additional $7 will be charged one week later.
